The goal is Vibrance. If you are anything like me, wellness just isnt good enough. Ive had my ups and downs like everyone and Ive always been able come back to the balance of wellness. Then came a day when I realized I could have more, squeeze more juice out of life and thats when I got on the journey to Vibrance. On my journey, Ive lived, learned, achieved, became, understood and experienced so much so that wellness will never be good enough anymore. I am an expert dreamer, gap closer, listener, storyteller, creative problem solver, gifted in finding the gift in every situation, stubborn enough to always need to feel good, devout believer in the “Big FUN Theory” and creator of the not-yet-patented “Easy Way Out” method.

In our time together, we will discover the beauty, truth and wisdom that is and has always been present inside of you in a BIG way. I know that YOU (and everybody else no matter how they may behave) are already beautiful, brilliant, creative and wise and my role as a coach is to give you the tools and support you need to let that part of you shine (sparkle and glitter). I will be with you until you begin to behave like the powerful and confident creator that you are.

COACHING PACKAGES and RATES

total VIBRANCE is a three month program designed to up your vibes in the areas of Body, Life and Soul. (nevermind the mind, its all in your head anyway!)

The program includes; 3 group tele-classes with time for question and answer each month (9 total), 3 thirty minute one-on-one private coaching sessions each month (9 total), unlimited individual email support between sessions and a private group forum to connect with your peers. The class is limited to 12 participants and is offered four times a year at the change of each season. Investment is $500.

The second way to participate in the path to total VIBRANCE is by self-study. It includes all of the above except the 9 one-on-one coaching sessions. Investment for the self-study option is $300.

Creative Solutions is a stand-alone service designed to help you find a new perspective, a fabulous new idea and HUGE relief to any possible issue in your life. The cost for this service is $25 for fifteen minutes, use as much or as little time as you need, chat with me as often and whenever you like. Schedule your appointment now

If you prefer the flexibility of email, the coaching by email option is for you. Included is one 30 minute one-on-one coaching call and unlimited email coaching for one month for the low low price of $50. It doesnt get much better than this!
